The 0.04 inch two-day total here is correct, assuming the value for today's rainfall is correct. The station data for my station was updated at 11:36 with 0.04 inch reported. If the app were current, it should have shown 0.04 and 0.08. Considering a delay in data update, 0.00 and 0.04 seems OK, although note that at the top it says "JUST NOW", which I take to mean that the data is current, which it is not.
