Here, I took the reduced original and pasted the Topaz-debanded version of it on top and set the layer mode to subtract. I then flattened the layers and resized from 1200 back to 5616, creating an image returned to the original size. I pasted this over the original file and selected a blend mode of subtract. This should apply the Topaz Denoise operation over a larger scale.
