I recently bought a 3-pack of 10-foot lightning cables. Interestingly, although they work fine with my iPhone, they don't work with my third party battery/case I use with my phone. I thought I'd take some high magnification photos of the two connectors to see what differences there were, because the differences were not obvious to the naked eye.
